Ø High precision cylindrical finishing of pavement for concrete slabs such as cc roads.
Ø Finishing width of 2.75 Mtr. to 5.5 Mtr.
Ø Machine can finish up to 200 m2/ hour (according to site condition)
Ø Special full-length spreader augur arrangement to spread concrete evenly in working panel of the slab.
Ø Four mechanical type swivel jacks with solid tyre provided for height adjustment. and for moving the paver at each end of structure where tires are used to in or out the paver from panel area of the concrete slab.
Ø Adjustable seat with canopy provided at the top of the paver for the operator.
Ø Needles for vibration purpose are provided as per the client’s requirement which cost extra as per the requirement.

Worm Auger: Big size dia & heavy thickness Flite with Hard Facing for more life of Auger Roller.
Drive Roller: 4 Nos drive roller for drive paver machine on shuttering. There are individual Gear Motor for front Roller and End Roller. Its easy to drive in curve.
Finishing Roller: Heavy duty 2 Nos finishing roller. Roller is complete fully machined so we can get good uniform surface finish.
Water Tank: Water tank with 180 liters for wash roller after complete work and use water whenever its required.
Canopy with Seat: Seat arrangement on machine so visual all side clearly by top with Canopy for Sun heat and rain protection.
Light in Canopy: LED Light In canopy for proper vision in night work to remote Paver machine properly.
Electric Board: Electric Board for Night work to supply power for LED light. Charging Point on Electric Board for charge instruments any.
