As concrete roads are gaining popularity and increased emphasis from the government, it is becoming necessary to use gang needle vibrators, especially when the thickness of the plain cement concrete used lies between 200 mm to 400 mm.

Gang Needle Vibrators are latest technology in road making equipment from AMRUTA. As concrete roads are gaining popularity and increased emphasis from the government, it is becoming necessary to use gang needle vibrators, especially when the thickness of the plain cement concrete used lies between 200 mm to 400 mm. These vibrators are mounted on the road paver at an angle, so as to ensure that it is immersed sufficiently to get effective, consistent and continuous vibrations while also enhancing the life of the vibrator.

These gang vibrators work to ensure that the concrete used is consolidated and finished in a uniform manner to eliminate segregation or non-uniform density and eliminate any undesirable voids, delivering a performance very similar to a slipform concrete paver.

With gang needle vibrators, the major variable that can be controlled is the speed, in terms of the vibrations per minute (VPM).
